“I have a neck injury that only responds to heat. I like that this wrap comes up onto the neck. One improvement would be to have a microwave safe closure attached, so you are not fighting to keep this neck wrap in place. Otherwise, I happy with my purchase.”
“I'm amazed at all the positive reviews. Maybe most people are using it as a heating source. I use it for cool relief. It can be in the freezer all day, and when I first put it on, if feels great. But it is room temperature within 7-10 minutes. Very disappointing. Just feels like some room temp unpopped popcorn kernels resting on my neck and shoulder after out of the freezer for 10 minutes MAX. This should be, in no way, ever advertised for cooling relief.”
