“I'm sorry to say that only after using this product five times, a burnt hole formed in the neck wrap. I used this per the directions and my microwave was set correctly for warming of this product. It was nice when it worked, but it didn't hold heat for more than 15 minutes at a time. UPDATE: 1/31/17 I wanted to add that Wendy (The owner of Huggaroo), was very responsive in providing me a solution to her product. I'm very impressed with the quick turnaround on the review as well as a solution that Wendy offered. The company seems to genuinely care about the customers, not just the reviews. Because of that, I am moving the 1 star to a 4 star and will update again after I receive my replacement neck wrao.”
“We bought this because primarily of its shape. It looked like it would warm both the neck and shoulders nicely and it has. About 3 weeks after purchase we noticed an odor coming from the microwave during the warming process and found a quarter size hole had melted in the cover where it had apparently come in contact with a small inconspicuous sticky area on the microwave turntable. We were able to mend this with a sewing machine with some difficulty due to the fuzzy nature of the cover fabric and trying to keep the beads in. We have never had this issue with similar products with cotton or polyester fleece covers.”
“As someone who weight-lifts and works out on a daily basis, this neck wrap is amazing! It's so easy to just throw it in the microwave versus plugging it in a wall and being limited to where you can use it. I probably use this everyday and am thus far very satisfied with it. Would definitely recommend.”
