“I am very happy with this microwaveable heat wrap. It is a bit heavier than most wraps but for me, the weight offers pressure in my knitted shoulders. Because my husband found it too heavy to use on his knees where he needed heat, I gave it four stars rather than five. “I bought this neck wrap because i suffer with occasional migraines. They usually start with great tension in my neck. I like to heat this up in the microwave when i start to feel the symptoms of an impending headache/migraine and wear it while laying down somewhere dark. It does smell strongly of lavender and lemongrass so if you're not into strong smells this product may not be for you. But it has definitely helped me in the past and i will continue to use it.”
