“Just arrived the other day. It is soft & plush like an oversized towel. It heats nicely in 3 minutes in the microwave. I've had similar heating pads for the neck & shoulder area but I like this one better because of the added on piece that covers the back of the neck and its wider at the bottom so that it gets the area between the shoulder blades as well. Assuming it doesn't wear out in a few months (as some similar ones I've had have) I would definitely purchase it again.”
