Problem:
#1. Wrong size..... I ordered the larger cartridges, I received the smaller cartridges...
#2. When I pulled the cap from the first cartridge, Ink ran onto my hands...
I cleaned the cartridge and my hands, installed it into the printer and it is working fine..
Thank you very much for your quick service and I still would like to have the correct size cartridges...
We plan to purchase all our future ink supplies from your company as all the cartridges we purchased in the past are functioning properly...”

Basic stuff, guys, confirm you've got the address right at the time of the order. I'm not even in North america.”
“The ink itself worked fine, but it left a messy line down every paper in printed out. I am not sure why and I tried cleaning the drum and it helped for maybe the first 5-10 pages and then the line appeared again.”
