“I purchased two toner products from InkTonerStore, a magenta and a black toner. The black compatible replacement toner was fine. The magenta compatible replacement toner was a big problem. The lever that locks the cartridge onto the drum and releases the toner was stuck. When I tried to unstick the lever toner powder went all over the inside of the printer and I had to take it into the Oki authorized dealer/repair shop to have the magenta toner powder removed and printer thoroughy cleaned. Cost an additional $139.00. Horrible experience.”
