“I wanted to have a great experience, first time ordering non-OEM cartridges. Order was lost at UPS, delayed delivery, out of cartridges I needed most, no indication of that until received order, another 8 days of delay, only contact from chat. Good response from chat, but very frustrating order handling. Some of the cartridge boxes were damaged, hoping the cartridges are okay. I haven't been able to try the cartridges yet. This could further change my rating. Three weeks for an order, the way it was handled, and the seller's response did not make a good first impression. Help me have a better impression of your company!”
“But the number or something needs to be updated because when I searched for cartridges for my printer - HP OFFICEJET 5255, nothing comes up, I ALWAYS have to ASK about cartridges for my printer. I should be able to order without assistance!!”

They arrived promptly, yet the 1st cartridge i open and used was not good.
i will have to wait and see how the other are to give a proper review”

“I haven't had the occasion to try it yet, but I am somewhat skeptical since the box was labeled "MADE IN CHINA", and have had nothing but bad to terrible experiences with this source.”
