“Is there a way to send you a scan of my results? The drum components do not completely remove the previous job so there is much over-printing. Sometimes there is a "ghost" of the left margin . . . about 3 to 4 inches of visibly light printing compared to the rest of the document. Sometimes, when there is a dark band to be printed the toner appears to be poorly spread across the band . . . leaving black and white uneven bands.”
“The product was fine but there was a big lack in communication on the order. I never received a confirmation that the order was placed, I sent 1 e-mail and called and left two messages to get a status on the order and never did hear back from anyone. I did all this because after I placed the order, I created an account and could find no reference to the order that I had placed. I finally, after a long search, figured out, from your website how to check on the order status and found out it was scheduled for delivery...but again, I never did receive any confirmation the order had been placed.”
“The cartridges that work produce the colors as they should. My problem is with having to discard one brand new cartridge because it would not register and initialize with the printer. That particular cartridge also lost the label inside the printer so I had to remove all of the cartridges to get it out.”
