“So far it looks good, however I have already submitted an issue that one I opened the box the top plastic container which holds the filter was broken/damaged on the top and need the replacement, but no one has contacted me as of yet.
This is my third written complaint and hoping to hear from someone soon.

“I placed the order on Friday March 11, 2022 and received it on Sunday March 13, 2022. Was expecting a 15 delivery, based on some of the reviews I read prior to purchase.
The item was appropriately packaged to protect the glass reservoir and all the other accessories that came with it. Surprisingly, also based on my reading of prior reviews, all items that were needed to put the kit together, were included. Nothing was missing or amiss. Even the 2 spigots were there. I used the larger spout and I hand tightened it when I placed it as stated in the manual. No tools were used for that. Putting the kit together was easy. I did not encounter any glitches, not even when putting the screws in their respective holes ( a screwdriver is needed for that). Everything aligned well. The nuisance part of all this was the filter activation. It is a process and you need to follow it. Make sure you have a water tank of some sort, whereby you are able to store the water from the filter activation, for future use in plant watering. This way that water is not wasted. Lastly and it's not anything bad, some of the language in the instruction manual needs editing for spelling.
Use of the dispenser has been excellent so far with no leakage or any other issues. I have to say that I am satisfied with this item.
This was purchased because, I wanted to have a supply of alkaline water on hand, due to the benefits this type of water is purported to have, as opposed to purchasing alkaline water in plastic bottles (they do not help the environment and there is also the leaching effect - plastic particles degrading into the water that is in the bottle), which I was doing for my daughter, who is a cancer survivor. I am not saying this water is a cure but may contribute to keeping her on the right track.
I also do have a water filter in place in my sink. It's a simple sink head attachment and not an inline system. Not necessarily relevant to anything but just thought I would mention it.
Lastly, there is a difference in taste between my tap water unfiltered, my tap water going through the tap filter and the water from the Glass Alkaline Water Filter Dispenser. It tastes crisp and refreshing. To date, this item gets 5 stars from me.
I did purchase a 3 pack of extra filters, the 001 type and they came in a separate package, at the same time as the dispenser arrived.”

“It has now been two weeks since my purchase. I’ve completed my testing. Let’s say I bought into the Hollywood videos on the countertop model. Fact one over 50% of the product is some type of plastic. 1. The lid interior (most exposed) is plastic. 2. Water canister that stages the water is plastic. (No reason this can’t be glass) oh wait costs! 3. The spigots are of plastic. Last an final, tech support says PH parameters is .5 to 2 for PH rise. No where can I find this in the advertising. Just “Up too” language.”

We have tried our best to list down the materials of the parts of the product in the product specifications tab of its listing page. Sorry if there was any confusion.
Further, our filters will generally raise the pH of water from 0.5 to 2.0 pH points and this will depend on the starting pH of water. As water sources are different, we cannot give a definite pH increase the water will reach.
