I am very sensitive. I can’t use any of it. Very little guidance provided on recepes how to manage your ketones better.”

“I value these strips because they allow me to measure my glucose and ketones while doing a several day fast. They seem quite accurate, and are easy to use. My only hesitancy in giving these a 5 star rating is the amount of waste, since each strip comes individually packaged. Perhaps there is a good reason for this, of which I'm not aware. Douglas Baty”
