The meter and app connect seamlessly and the new meter has just the right amount of info for a quick update on how I am doing. Nice job! Now, about those test strips and the blister packs they come in... How in the heck do you get into them? You need a quick tear package...”
“The meter is comparable to the old meter with the exception of a light on the strip insert. I do not like the new packaging of the glucose
And ketone strips. It’s more of a pain to get out before testing.”
“Love having both the Blood Glucose and Ketone testing in a single unit! Now I can give my old Blood Glucose monitor to somebody else who should be testing it but are not. The ONLY problem I had with this kit was not knowing what the 10 glucose and 10 ketone strips should test at using the control solution. I just decided to believe they were accurate. Truly love this product!!”
“Great customer service. Love the trade up option but the new sticks are VERY annoying. They stick inside their enclosure and you have to fight to get them out. And the new meter has the eject button on the back, so it’s not as fluid a motion to remove.
Still love the value it provides in my health journey but wish more thought was given to how the daily usage has to be adjusted based on their stick and model design changes.”
“For 40 years I've had hypoglycemia reactions with no explanation. Monitoring blood glucose is not a priority in the medical community for someone who does not have diabetes, so you have to take care of yourself. That motivated me to try the Ketogenic diet and to make sure all is going in the right direction through the diet, the Meter seemed like a needed tool. It has been reassuring to use the Meter and see that my levels remain consistent. -- well worth the effort with Keto and well worth the purchase of the Meter.”
“I would give it five stars, The other meter I traded in, came with bottles of 50 strips each, and I know there’s probably a reason for the way the strips are packaged, but they are very hard to open. So for this reason I am giving it four stars maybe you could look into some other packaging that would be easier to open to get the strips out.”
