“First of all, the meter itself doesn't stay connected to my app. Then readings were all over the map and when I reached out to customer service I got a stock answer that it's normal. I have never been higher than 2.7 in my ketosis numbers and suddenly I am worried I have ketoacidosis because it's close to being a 4.0. When you close the lid on the case the button gets pressed and beeps, thus draining the battery. The dummy bottles are great unless you throw away the box then they're worthless. I went back to my old one because I couldn't get proper help with the new one. Now the old one is BLOCKED from my app. So now, I am completely stuck without any working equipment or support.”
