Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Without question the best boots I have ever owned. They fit my feet comfortably (not tightly). They have a firm, supportive sole with a deep tread yet are surprisingly light. I live in Wiltshire and they are ideal for walking on the Downs.”

“After ordering 2 women’s styles I had to order men’s due to the calf width not being enough on the women’s, 2cm more in men’s than women’s makes all the difference!”

“I’ve not owned Wellington Boots for sometime (I believe I was 8yrs old when I last put some one) so my reference to any other product may be limited. Alongside that, I never and have actually never, written a product review. All that in mind, I find myself here writing this one to say this is probably the best £150 I have ever spent. They are truly epic. I’m getting home from my morning and evening dig walks with dry feet, dry jeans abs easily cleaned boots that can be stored outside easily. They fit perfectly, no rubbing, and I’ve done the longer walks too, 5 miles and no problems. Well done. Fantastic product.”
