Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Bought 2 pairs of Wellington boots for my daughters. One pair for my daughter in the UK and another pair for my daughter in New Zealand. They are both delighted and love the rose colour.”

“The Royal Mail delivery man went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was on time snd safe. He went two doors up and my friend at 24 took them in I was home within half an hour. Very happy.”

“Sadly I was disappointed and returned them. I'm a great fan of Le Chameau boots and I've had my old pair for absolutely years and I love them. Unfortunately my old boots have finally worn out so I thought I'd try the Iris, but the quality and fit just isn't the same. Very sad not to be able to write a positive review.”

“Sizes I found very large. The size 8 in the other style was perfect but in the Iris, huge, so I had to go a size down. Still very roomy, even with thick socks. Lovely looking boots, but a little concerned that they seem very thin and liable to split easily. Hope I’m wrong Time will tell”
