Love the combo! The Sweat guide especially is great - kicked my butt! I found it hard to cut my food so low on the Meal Plan (I ended up balancing it w/ the Sweat Guide calories ok) or to eat that much protein, but I ate more and it got me in a healthier direction! You're a genius

I was looking for a program that had it all... now that’s a hard thing. I found here though. The HBSG has strength training, core training cardio. It’s a great mix to keep me challenged. The HBMP Vegetarian has been a tremendous help ensuring i’m getting enough nutrients the right kind of protein. Well worth the investment!

I had hit a plateau in my work outs and really needed new fresh ideas. The HBSG was really helpful in giving me variety. The meal plan is also great -- the meals make me feel really good and are great fuel for heavy work out days.

Don’t agree with a lot of what is in the meal plan. I wish I didn’t buy the bundle by accident. The workouts are great though.

3 weeks in and I’m seeing amazing results with the HBSG meal plan. I love that the workouts are always different and build up in intensity. And the meals are - delish! I was eating super clean before starting, but I’ve seen such a difference eating the right portions with the right protein/fat/carb ratio. So thankful for Katie and her care in putting this together.

I have looked for something I can follow that is not a gimmick but a real life diet. I have “cheated” while on this diet one time and I easily went right back on the following day. I was actually happy to be back on it. I am losing weight and today I realized I do love myself. In the past, I would be so unforgiving about a fall back that I would just keep going down that road. This time was different and I live the recipes. I have committed to my new lifestyle.
