I’ve had hypo since I was 12 sometimes it’s hard to keep my levels diet and everything balanced and this guideline meal plan really helped especially on days when I don’t know what to eat.

I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and never thought I would lose the INSANE amount of weight I gained or ever just feel good again. Believe it or not, this meal plan did WONDERS for me. Can not praise it enough.

Really excited to have some guidance for hypo. I've been looking to take the extra thinking it requires to develop meals that are hypo friendly. Only thing missing for me, is a grocery list for all of the foods in there so I could just bring it with me get what I needed and walk out. The list would make this 10000 times better. All of the recommendations and meal options/easily swapped and look tasty. Can't wait to see how food can transform my journey!

This is such a great tool to have to help you learn how to build your days! I now know how to set my days up for balanced meals! This was a game changer during LSF30 for me and was the first time trying a meal specifically for hypothyroidism. Never felt better after following this for an entire month!

Love the recipes at the end. I also like how simple the meals are in the plan. The only thing I wish was changed was removing the pages with pink or colored backgrounds (it’s not printer friendly) :(

I love this meal plan so much! Ive been diagnosed with both hyper and hypothyroidism but my current battle has been with hypo and this meal plan has changed the game for me, im incredible grateful for running into Katies products. The meal plan is very simple, easy to follow and easy to be creative with , for me it has served as a guideline to follow to make sure i am getting the right foods and the right amount of it to fuel my body and thyroid. The recipes in here are so great too! Some of them have become my favorite and staple meals now! Thanks so much for creating this!
