I normally dont post reviews, but I feel like this needs to be shared. I've been a customer of Zala, the new company Luxy, for almost 10 yrs. I have always purchased seamless clip-ins for my hair in 18-22 inches. In the past, when ordering from Zala, I would order 2 packs of hair to match my hair type. I have fine, leaning more towards medium hair. In the past, I only needed to use 1 & 1/2 packs of hair for everything to blend in. I recently purchased my normal order of 2 packs of seamless 20 in chlp-ins. Unfortunately, the 2 packs of hair were not enough to blend into my hair. I thought at first that it was my application that caused this blending issue. I tried for days to get this hair to blend in with every...single..clip-in, and it still looked like I barely had 1 pack of hair in my head. I even showed my friends/family, and they told me that it is not what it normally looks like when I add in my clip-ins. I am extremely disappointed because I am unable to return this since I opened the package. I would have had more caution if I knew this was going to happen. This hair is not cheap...I spent a ton of money on this due to my outstanding results in the past. I wish I could give this review a zero. If you have medium or thick hair, you are going to have to buy 3+ packs of hair to make it blend it. For the price, I highly recommend going to another company.”

As a kind note, we generally suggest our 20" Seamless set for thinner hair. For medium/thicker hair, our 20" 220g Classic set may be a better fit (and for thicker hair, our 20" Thinning Hair Fill-Ins set may be added to a set for more volume).

“I ordered from this company twice years ago. I dont feel like the quality of the hair is the same and the price went up tremendously. I will see after wash if the hair is better but doesn't feel the same”
