The only thing making these different from previous sets is the seamless wefts. From new they are stiffer than I am used to. I’m hoping with more use the flexibility will increase.”

Elissa, I'm delighted to know that you are consistently pleased with the quality of your Luxy Hair extensions and that they are quite durable to the wear and tear that comes with daily usage.
I'm sorry to hear that you feel the wefts are stiffer than the classic collection you're used to. This is true, however, as you can see, they are much flatter and therefore they lay more naturally in your hair. What may help is for you to bend them into the shape of your head to prevent them sticking out at all. They will definitely become more flexible with more use. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback, especially as a long time customer of ours, and I'll be sure to share your observations with the team.

“I have already left a review on trust pilot and facebook but I am compelled to leave one on the luxy website as well because I am completely blown away at this product. Starting off it got to me super fast and the staff always responded to my questions within a few hours, my emails never went unanswered....not once, the staff is great. I have spent thousands of dollars on hair weaves, fusion, wigs, etc....I've done it all and these seamless wefts blend in with my hair and look more natural than my $2000 hair fusion treatment.
