“We cooked this prime rib as directed. First it needed a lot longer to cook. It was blood rare with the time shown. So we did cook a bit longer. It was terrible. Tough to cut thru and a terrible taste. Lots of fat, little meat. We ended up not eating it. It was an embarrassment having our friends over on christmas for it. Not recommend ever.”

“We had this roast for Christmas, directions are easy but I cooked it 10 minutes longer because we like medium cooked beef... It was very good nice and tender NOT alot of spices so you may want to add a little more. Overall it was a wonderful dinner, don't hesitate. enjoy”
