“First time ordering. My wife and I had this prime rib roast for dinner last night. It was extremely delicious. Very moist, very tender. We were so busy last year for Christmas that I forgot I had ordered it for our family 2022 Christmas dinner. Just follow direction s on the package. Do not cover with foil. We like our prime rib roast a litter darker, so I left it in the oven 10 minutes longer. OMG, it turned out perfect. It smelled fantastic, the crust was perfectly seasoned, and the center have right amount of redness that we liked and juicy. I would recommend.”
“We changed things up for Thanksgiving this year and did a 3-4# Prime Rib. It was PERFECT! Came precooked (frozen). We defrosted it a few days before and then gave it the cook to 100degrees. It smelled fantastic, the crust was perfectly seasoned and the center was red and juicy. It'll be hard to go back to turkey after having this. My only hesitation is the cost.”
