“I purchased this system for my 93 yr old mom and the fall pendent is very sensitive and she accidentally touch the button taking it off and the customer service representative called immediately and was very professional and kind. “MobileHelp is an excellent company. My initial contact was with Tom. He explained the system and guided me in selecting the products that I need for my husband. Tom answered all my questions. The product arrived in the mail as promised. I spoke with an knowledgeable representative who again answered additional questions and I had a lot of questions. I selected the fall protection plan to go with the basic plan. It works perfectly as my husband accidentally set off the alarm and the machine responded accordingly. I have peace of mind and can leave the house for errands, knowing that my husband is protected by MobileHelp.”

“My Husband and I recently purchased the home health security alarm system MobileHelp System. We were impressed mainly because all we had to do was plug it in and then fill out some paperwork in so far as our personal health issues and who we would like contacted in case of an accidental fall or emergency. Quick, easy and though we have not personally used it yet we have run tests and it always works well. We feel a lot more confident now that we have this system!”
