“The entire experience was so easy! My mother appreciated that she was able to speak with someone to register all of her information, assist with the set up and answer any of her questions. My mother did have to use the alert button on her bracelet several days later, she was comforted by the person who stayed on the phone with her until the paramedics arrived; this has provided peace of mind to our entire family - thank you!”

“My mother is 90 years old and we just recently signed her up for Mobile Help. On 10 May 21 she fell inside her house and hit her forehead on her metal walker. She pushed the button on her Mobile Help pendant and was connected to a person immediately. She told them she had fallen and was unable to get up. They contacted local assistance to dispatch an ambulance to her location. In the meantime, the control center contacted my sister via phone that she had fallen and triggered her device. They informed her they had already contacted help and an ambulance was on its way to her home. My sister called me and asked if I had got a call too, which I had not, but that was okay since I couldn’t remember giving my number out for notifications. My sister only lives a couple of blocks from our mother and can get to her much faster than I can from across town. In fact, my sister was so quick that she beat the ambulance to our mother’s house and was able to assess the situation and find out exactly what happened causing our mother to fall. She was then able to let the ambulance attendants know what was going on and that we needed our mother taken to the local hospital to be checked out. She had a cut on her forehead that was bleeding minorly, but she also had a great big bump already turning purple on her forehead which concerned my sister that she might have a concussion. We were so thankful for having had the Mobile Help installed only two days previously. My mother didn’t think she needed the device, but has since changed her mind. She said it was so reassuring to hear a voice so quickly and to know help was already on the way. She was very glad we had set it up for her and always makes sure she has her pendant or wristband on 24/7 in case she ever needs assistance again. We were lucky that a CT scan revealed there was nothing more serious going on other than a good sized bruise and small cut on her forehead. She still spent two days in the hospital for observation. We feel so much better knowing she has Mobile Help when we can’t be there with her. Their immediate response was amazing and they were so nice and professional when talking to our mother. That is why she changed her mind so easily about having the system available 24/7. She has continued to comment on how safe it made her feel when the voice responded back so quickly to her pushing the button. She admitted she would have had extreme difficulty getting to a phone to call for help herself because of where and how she fell. Thanks Mobile Help for being there when our mother needed you exactly as advertised. We are very satisfied with the system and service you provided. We highly recommend if you have an elderly loved one living alone to set them up with this 24 hour emergency monitoring system even if they don't think they need it. It only takes a split second for a normal ordinary day to take a turn for the worse.”
