“I had a problem with my first unit being too sensitive. I called in and was treated with utmost care and concern for my safety. A new unit was sent to me within two days and the person I spoke to in order to set up and test the new unit couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I have only had MobileHelp a short time but so far so good. I have the necklace type and the instructions were very easy to understand. Very easy setup. No bulky equipment to deal with. I like the ability to test it so that I know it is working. I'm a happy camper.”

“I began using my Micro emergency system last Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023. Fortunately, my son, Joe, was able to visit and assist me with the installation and set-up. I like the lanyard and button which are very light and easy to wear around my neck. I was glad that I could pay one annual payment by check even though the Florida USPS took a long time to deliver my payment to corporate headquarters. Best regards, Cathie Winans”

“I got my Mobile Help on a Thursday. I landed in the Hospital with pneumonia the next day. The ambulance folks already knew I had fallen when they got to my house. When I finally got home again, I couldn't find where I had put the owners manual for my Mobile Help and I had several questions. What do you know! You can still talk to a real person on the phone! Everyone was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful. I made a good choice when I bought Mobile Help.”
