“I ordered 4 sims for my family and booked a change over day only 4 days ahead. However we got an email to say ir was going ahead the next day.. we had no new sims delivered, so we're without our mobile networks for 2.5 days. Plus I did a 12months deal to fet a discounted cashback, where now I researched I have to submit bills at month1, 2,3,4,5,6 to claim this?? I was shown my bill would be amended to a lower value and not informed of having to claim each month, I expect many people cant be bothered with this process and miss out. I now have to do this for 4 accounts, I am also unable to add my sons number to my app account too
And cannot get hold of anyone to help sort it. Sums, great, add ons nope, service.....still trying!!”
