“Very poor service, I have not received my sim card, after over a week, no order number , no communication, and very unused friendly to get any assistance”
“I ordered a 200GB vodafone upgrade SIM with "cashback by redemption" on black friday. The mobiles.co.uk website was not accepting orders so I had to phone them to place the order.
So far, a month later they have failed to supply me with an "order id" which I need to claim the £72 cashback and I have contacted them twice to try to get one. On the first call I was told "it takes 14 days" so I waited. Then I was told "it takes 21 days and it will be emailed to you".
Now, a month has passed and still no sign of an order id for me to setup my cashback claims.
I guess I have to keep phoning them to try to get one.
