I ordered one at 10 pounds and unlimited calls texts and data which they were charging me 20 for I needed a data some only. For mobil wife device and they sent wrong SIM which I'll be sending back John Harris unhappy customer

Value for money
No 5G anywhere. Called 191, on hold forever, needed to get on. Answer came back no 5G at your location. They read back my home postcode. I wasn't at home I was in Leeds city centre. Nowhere near the same coverage as O2, but mine not picking it up anywhere. I can't live with 4G it's just too slow. Me thinks I have made a mistake.

I don’t have any issues with Vodafone and have always ungraded my sim only pay monthly with mobiles.co.uk. It's usually cheaper than upgrading through Vodafone.

Very difficult getting activated and still not activated or operational. long calls to Vodafone extremely difficult to talk to a person
