Ordered and I thought all was well but soon realised that even though I ordered an upgrade a new account was started. When I contacted it was difficult to get a resolution to the issue. In the end after three calls and contradictory information, one said I did order the upgrade the other said I didn’t! The third allowed a cancellation after confirming a mistake was made in the order process. I have ordered before without a problem so a little disappointed with the online process this time.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Vodafone & Mobiles.co.uk I switched from EE to Vodafone on a SIM-only contract starting 1st December. I completed the transfer form on 19th December, intending for the switch to happen smoothly while I prepared for holiday and essential shopping. Instead, my number was switched prematurely on 2nd December, and as of 8th December I still have not received my SIM card. This has left me completely without service for seven days. I have been unable to complete shopping or manage other expenses, which has caused significant disruption and frustration. When I contacted Vodafone, they advised me to call Mobiles.co.uk. Mobiles.co.uk then referred me back to Vodafone. This back-and-forth with no accountability is unacceptable. Both providers have failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer service. I am hugely inconvenienced, disappointed, and angry at the way this has been handled. Being left without connection for a week is simply not acceptable, and the lack of support from either company makes the situation worse.

Very good service I was originally with EE so was skeptical at first switching over but I'm glad I've made the switch great network and great service
