“This was a Sim Only Upgrade on Vodafone and should have been straight forward but, despite getting a series of confirmation emails etc my Vodafone account didn't update. I was bounced around several vodafone chat sessions ( not Mobiles fault) before being told they couldn't help and was told to go back to Mobiles.co.uk. Immediately they found that, for some reason, it hadn't been finalised at their end. Sorted out and my account updated within 30 min. Also offered a free month for the inconvenience. Couldn't give 5 stars as it needed me to go back to them but they did resolve it quickly.”
