“Really bad service from Vodafone. Confirmed PAC code switch, but then didn't deliver on it. No communication saying when it would be converted. After 4 different chat conversations I was pointed to a call center, saying they could speed up the transfer. The call center told me the chat agent broke security protocol and they couldn't help me. I could either go online, and create an account or go visit a vodafone store. Online set up could take another 48 hours, and then I have to phone them back. Awful service and regret going with Vodafone.”
