“I recently transferred my mobile number from O2 to Vodafone via Mobiles.co.uk, attracted by what appeared to be a great deal. Unfortunately, the service experience has been far from satisfactory.
I initiated the transfer on 15/05/2025, and while my number was eventually ported over on 20/05/2025, I’ve now been left without a working line for over 48 hours. Despite calling Customer Service three times, I’ve been told to wait another 24 to 48 hours for a technical issue to be resolved.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be without a functioning mobile line in this day and age, especially after multiple assurances and no clear resolution. The lack of urgency and communication has left me disappointed, and I expected a smoother transition for something as essential as mobile connectivity.
While the deals may be appealing, the after-sales support and technical reliability are areas that clearly need improvement. I hope my issue is resolved soon, but this experience has certainly made me reconsider using or recommending the service in the future.”
