“I DO NOT RECOMMEND VODAFONE!! Never receive a signal/reception. Been contacting mobiles and Vodafone for past two weeks, they've keep sending me to each other, to the store, to the customer service and again. Everything is working on each side but guess what - i still don't have a service!Cant retrieve my old number cause pac code is only send as a txt and here is the news- my phone has no service. Spent ages on customer service to get a pac code different way...no chance.”
“The price and cashback was what caught my eye. Unfortunately, my signal and therefore use has not been as good. Often dropping off and telling me that i have no connection. Upon talking instore at a vodaphone store, im told this is because my vodaphone sim deal isnt really with vodafone. My third party seller has purchased airtime of vodafone and therefore im given a budget / lite version which sometimes doesnt work as well as a full vodafone sim only plan. Wether this is true or not I dont know, what i do know is that im not getting the service i expected.”
