“I took out the 35GB deal with £10 off so instead of £8 would be £7.17 pm but when I got access to my account the deal isn’t shown. I’m being charged £8pm.
Also I’ve had emails how am I liking my SIM card with 25GB? But I’ve got 35GB as shown on my bill.
I spoke to a call centre abroad and they can’t help until I’ve been charged my first bill??”
