“ordered 3 sims for 3 diff phones over 2 weeks. onky 1st one went thru with no issues. For the second one, i had to call to give them additional details. For the 3rd one, contract did not go thru for 3 days and then the prices went up, so i looked for a cheaper contract. mobiles could not do anything even tho i ordered it before the price increase and have emails confirming price.”

“I bought an esim onw week ago, and still they cannot manage it, so still can not use it, I called them three days ago still waiting to activate esim, also vodafone says there is no such number assosciated with my esim.”
