“SIM did not activate and was unable to speak to Vodafone as number was not recognised by Vodafone and so couldn’t use the app or navigate the IVR. Returned the SIM.”
“Took just under a week to get my number transferred over. Also was never sent a QR code for the new contract, had to wait until the number was transferred over before I could add it to my phone. Had to use an another phone to call Vodaphone which took over 40 mins to get the QR code.”
