“Last time I changed up my Samsung phone, I just put it back to back and it transferred over. This time, some transferred but most of the apps were greyed and I had to download them. Then I had to try and work out what my passwords were for each app. It took me 3 days solid to sort it out. Even today, I set my timer and it didn't notify me when it ended. When I looked, it was on a minus number as it had gone over time.”
