“Takes a bit of assembly, but good performing aircraft even with a 3s 1550 LiPo. I’m getting 4 minutes of flight time on a battery. Even glides OK, so you don’t have to be going fast for landing. I’m using the optional landing gear on an asphalt runway.”

“Not my first jet but love the size for flying in small areas. Installed an AR630 with a 1800 3S lipo with landing gear installed took off from artificial turf pretty good. Had a little wobble but gyro needs a little fine tune. Looks Great in the air like the plane so much I ended up ordering an F-22 also. Ordered the 40 amp ESC from the Stinger HP to install waiting for it to come in to try a 4S battery.”

“Easy airplane to build and setup. My only issue is that if you use the recommended 3S 1600mAh battery, you need to add nose weigh to obtain the right CG. I flew with an 1800 and it was still was too tail heavy. I plan to use a 2200 from now on but it does increase the overall weight of the aircraft. By the way, I had no issues hand launching this Grumman bird!”

“Motion delivery was a week FASTER than projected. The jet was well packaged and easily assembled. Very pleased with Motion RC and my purchase. The only negative is a lack of a carbon spar to align and support the wings.”

“This is the one EDF I’ve had almost zero luck flying and I’ve bought at least a dozen models from Motion RC alone. I luv the looks of this Panther and have bought several over the past four years. This is the ONLY EDF that I’ve had virtually no luck at all flying. It’s underpowered and stalls almost anytime you go close to idle throttle. The hand launch is virtually impossible and the landing gear only assures you will get it airborne before having a huge challenge on your hands to try to land it in one piece. Knowing me I’ll buy yet another one .. some of us never learn ha. I’m giving it two stars only because it looks great on the ground in one piece.”
