“Freewing has really upped their game with this one. Factory installed gyro and reverse . Easy flying and landing with long flight times! The receiver hookups were not very intuitive however. Instructions could be improved.”

“I have several flights on my Cougar and it is the best plane Freewing has ever made.The gyro installed in it is a pleasure to fly.The engineering that went into this plane can make a 80mm F102a possible.I am hoping for one from some builder of edf planes.”

“I got to put 5 flights on it this past weekend, flies very stable, with or without the gyro, doesn't seem to make much difference. Takeoffs and landings are easy, no issues whatsoever. Almost missed installing 2 screws in the tail assembly, fortunately the assembly video shows that you need to uncover the screw holes under the NAVY DECALS.”

“This EDF is a winner. From the new packing technique and overall design. The maiden was perfect and so was flight number two. I bound it to my AR 8020 T and just flew it. No messing with the reverse thrust or gyro. I set the controls, looked at the red light on the gyro and flew it. Gyro setting were perfect and no need of elevator trim on flaps.
