“Good quality, is just too bad that Freewing put an inferior gear set on a very expensive plane and customer have to waste time and money on upgrades. I have not mounted yet but I am prepared for the fitting problems others have mentioned.”

“This nose gear strut does not work as a trailing link. It is improperly designed and obviously not tested as a trailing link. If a force is applied from the front of the wheel (as if it hits a bump or runway lip), the shaft is pressed back in its tube and it locks up. It should be designed with an outside spring and a pivot - just like the stock main gears.”
