“I got my Butcher Bird this past Thursday and did the maiden today. All I can say is that Flightline has another winner! Nine MPH sustained with gust to 20 MPH and she was rock solid. Believe me guys, even in stock trim this is a fast bird. I purchased this plane solely on the performance of the P-38 and now you guys have me hooked with how well this one's built and flys. Looking forward to the Bearcat and can't wait to see what else comes out. Oh Yeah...heed Ryan's warning about the power! It will yaw left on you if you don't ease into the power.”
“I have the original Free Wing version of this plane and from the pictures and videos posted I was expecting it to have different colors of Grey and Green as well as the faded spots shown on the fuselage and tail sections. I was expecting it to be a darker grey and darker green as the pictures show...Mine does not and does not resemble the colors that are pictured here in the photos and is the same colors as the original first FW version that had the snake down the side of the fuse, the only thing different is the pattern. Very disappointed in this :( ,But I can always re-paint ;)I am however impressed with the new decal choices since many of us did these same decals ourselves on our larger 1400mm FMS version of this plane. I also like the power upgrade option and addition of flaps, ...though it would have been better and more scale like to have made them in split flap form as they should be, in any case , still a nice addition and touch. I will be installing the 880kv motor upgrade and know from past experience with this plane it fly's great!!!”
“Hi, I have purchased many planes from motion RC and the quality and service has been fantastic. I purchased the Flightline spitfire and enjoy flying this model . The scale detail is perfect. I noticed on the video, that the FW 190 from Flightline does not have split flaps . I am a stickler for detail and the actual FW 190 had split flaps, so perhaps Flightline may be able to correct this in future . Thanks”
