“This is a very good flying fw190 they sure got it right the gear is spaced out perfectly it's not too tall either. The design is off the charts and the livery decals are amazing. Very well detailed this warbird has plenty of power for its size. Thanks motion for selling a great product! I couldn't be any more happier with my purchase!”

“Positve points - It appears to be a very accurate representation of the FW-190. Very easy to put together. Undercarriage good quality and sturdy. Balances perfectly with the recommended battery. Ample power available on 4s battery. I have not flown it on 3s. Negative points - Paint finish on airframe very fragile and easily damaged. Small bottles of touch up paint for the two main camouflage colours could be provided. Significant gap between the top wing surface and fuselage on both sides. shttps://www.dropbox.com/s/gu6xjj9tlcw5ovj/Fun Day - Organisation 2019.docxdl”

“This is one fantastic plane. This is actually my second one. The first met its untimely demise when I forgot to check the charge on battery. I can’t say enough about this plane. Gobs of power, super stable, flies like its on rails, sounds awesome and lands at walking pace. What else can you ask for?I upgraded my wheels to 2 3/5” Dave Browns to add extra shock absorbtion on rougher fields. It is twitchier than the other 1200mm Flight Line planes, so I dialled back my throws and dialled up my expo for this one compared to my settings own the other 1.2m FL planes.”

“I absolutely love this airplane and has easily become my favorite. I always make sure to bring this fantastic warbird with me every trip to my local field. I have flown several warbirds before flying this one, but this one took some getting used to since I have only flown warbirds with a 3S battery. The 4S battery setup is definitely a step up if you have never flown on 4S power before, especially when you are on final approach and landing. You absolutely cannot dead stick this plane or any 4S warbird from my experience - you need some power ( I almost always would dead stick my 3S battery powered warbirds but I have become a much better pilot since then). It took me some time to finally get used to landing her, but once I got her dialed in she is a breeze. I did not use flaps at all during the first few flights but now flaps are a must every time I land to help bleed off some speed because she comes in hot with that 4S power. But again, if you do not want to use flaps that is okay. Every pilot has their own personal preference. Just be sure to be at least three mistakes high once deploying flaps and get used to how she behaves. She has plenty of power to tear up the sky. A club member of ours likes to chase our planes with his drone for video footage and he cannot keep up with me she is so fast. I literally have to fly with at least half flaps for him to keep up. And he is flying with a racing drone. FlightLine hit another one out of the park with this fantastic airplane. I am considering getting another one.”

“I received mine about two weeks ago, and after opening the box, I was very impressed, after assembly I did have a few things, that would have made me give it 5 stars, instead of four, first no Swastikas, and because we live in a world of political correctness, I had to search for a while to find some, but finally I did, my only real other complaint was, the battery compartment, it is very small, especially considering you also have to try and find space in it, for your receiver, but it’s CG is almost perfect, so you don’t need any room to slide your battery, I ended up using a 4s 2200 mAh battery, and I was going to put a Spektrum AR636 AS3X receiver in it, but there isn’t enough room, unless you want to start cutting out some foam, so I ended up going with a Spektrum AR620, antenna less receiver, and even as small as it is, finding a ideal spot was not easy, I ended up putting it between the elevator, and rudder servos, and actually I’m glad I did, because it gave me a lot more room in the battery compartment, so now I will be able to use my 4s 3000 battery’s, now I will tell you what a incredible flying machine it is, takeoffs were unlike any of my other warbirds, first barely any right rudder was needed, almost tracked straight, it lifts off beautifully at 1/2 throttle, no bad tendencies what so ever,, once in the air it only required a little up elevator trim, it has a incredibly slow stall speed, and even then it will just slowly drop a wing, it is pretty fast, will turn on a dime, I am however going to paint the belly yellow, it is really hard to see, with its camouflage almost the same color as the sky, landings were as easy as takeoffs, I tried it with both flaps and no flaps, personally liked it a little better with no flaps, what amazed me most, was I’m used to having to keep about 1/4-1/3 throttle on my other Warbirds all the way to touchdown, this plane, required less then 1/4 throttle, I can’t say enough good about the flight characteristics of this plane, I have most of the WW2 warbirds, and this one is definitely my new favorite, as a matter of fact, after flying this, you couldn’t give me a P-51, I am already looking to see if I can find another FW-190, but in a larger size, this would definitely be my first choice, for somebody wanting to move up to warbirds!!”
