Nice plane with good flying performances Points to be improvedLanding gear fragile and needs to be strongly angled forward for normal stability at take offCentering point from the notice is definitely top rear ( crash at maiden flight) don't hesitate to advance by 2 cm

After over 15 yrs of flying RC this has to rank as one worse models I ever had. The first two flights lasted all of 10 seconds taking out the landing gear both times. The third and final flight lasted 4 minutes and ok until the approach to landing which resulted in a tip stall on short final destroying the plane. Lesson learned, never again!

Along with others as noted in these reviews, I experienced sporadic opening, or non-opening gear. If there is pressure on the retracts when closed....ie the gear is pushing on the wing....they will NOT open. I believe that the angle for the pocket that is molded into the wing to mount the gear is not correct. Problem could also be related to the retracts.....but the overall problem is not unique to my 152. As noted in other reviews, this can be remedied by shimming the two screws (under the gear housing) on each set of gear that are closest to the fuselage. The eyelet part of a plastic servo arm worked perfectly for mine. Spent much time trying to figure this out before reading the solution in these reviews. Was very surprised when Motion RC said they weren't aware of the issue after I contacted them (prior to reading all the reviews)? I'm sure having a design flaw (or bad batch of retracts) is a nightmare and a HUGE can of worms for a manufacturer, but feel like MRC should know this issue....and at least have some type of bulletin or notification available for the simple fix. Thus 3 stars.OTHER COMMENTS - Looks really cool, completely cuts the air when in flight, and gets away really quick. NOT a beginners plane....and you need plenty of airspace. All but experts will auger in with left roll upon takeoff with too much throttle. Slow takeoff with opposition to left roll to start. Plenty of throttle to land properly. Amazing flyer once it's up....wear your glasses!

the motor thrust line was way off to the left & up which is a nono. The spinner was also nowhere center in the cowl.I sent pics to pete taylor @ support. After talking to Pete I managed to modify the motor mount to get a little bit of right thrust & down thrust.Pete as usual very helpfull. model not yet flown.

First flight yesterday was eventful. It trimmed fine. Like other flyers have mentioned on youtube it likes to tip stall which it did on landing. It was about 3 feet off the runway when it pitched up and rolled to the left breaking the plane into 3 pieces and damaging the motor bearings. Even one of the decals detached itself from the fuselage. I did use the glue provided in the kit to reassemble the fuselage and center aft wing. Worked well.It hit so hard even the new Admiral receiver case broke in half. I have not given up on this plane. Next Monday I plan to fly it again. Perhaps I can add to this review later.I gave the quality of the plane an okay. The mold release had several tabs which should have been removed before it was painted. To remove them now reveals a nice white area. I think the value of the product for the money is low. It also took me much longer than I had anticipated to assemble the plane. As far as how well the product performs is to be determined.
