“I already have a number of Motion RC models and have test/maiden flown the F8F Bearcat for a friend. I liked its detail and features. The model flew very well but seemed like it could use a but more power. I have the High Performance, 80mm F86 by Motion and I wished it performed like it.The thing this model really needs is to be is a 1600 mm version, 6s . I would pull the trigger for one myself if Motion had one available.”

“So it's a great plane first off. It Flys great its a bit slow but it still has good power. A bit tail heavy with a 3200 4s. Not exactly sport like performance but it's very maneuverable. It glides nice and I already nosed over on landing once because I mixed to much down with my flaps. I like alot of flaps however this f8f only needs a 5% down elevator so don't think you need alot even with it being tail heavy.. it took thr hit well in dirt now. Now time for the bad. 1st the pilot didn't come properly glued in and was already laying face down in the cockpit out of thr box it was comical but not to pleasing. 2nd no extra decals on in the box and it had white navy decals on it. I was looking fwd to the blue angels like it has on the box. And the under and top of the wing have white decals both sides and make it hard to keep orientated and this leads me to the next on. 3rd the paint is dark so any paint chips are going to show big time, so having to peel off stickers or redo the canopy are impossible without having paint to match.”
