“I received my Bearcat Friday 10/28/16. I have not yet put it in the air, however, I had to comment about the quality of this plane. I can not speak for all of the Bearcats, but the finish on mine makes it very hard to tell that it is made of foam. I have or had more than two dozen foamies. Most are FMS and while they are very nice, none have had a finish even close to this Bearcat. The fit and quality of workman ship should be the standard for the industry. There are two things that should have been included on this plane. A retractable tail wheel and nav lights. Had they been included, I would have rated the plane at a five star plus. Sense te Bearcat is the same scale as the 1400mm FMS Hellcat, I am going to use a spare FMS Hellcat tail wheel I have, The full scale Bearcat did in deed use the same tail wheel that was used on the full scale Hellcat.
