“This is a well made nice upgrade adding an oleo simulated strut that is very functional. Little help absorbing landing shock and at the same time increasing the airplanes appearance nicely over the stock struts.”

“These shock absorbing gear should be standard with the P 38 but I guess they're just trying to keep the cost down. The nose gear is not just a bolt i swap. Parts from the original gear have to be mixed with the upgraded gear to properly interface with the steering arm. On one of the main gear the slots for the set screws to lock into were ground offset causing one gear to be turned to the left.”
