“Take it up high and kill throttle to watch how great this plane stalls. It gently rolls to inverted and enters a graceful dive, gaining back the speed to get her back under control. Haven't broken the landing gear yet dispite a couple rough landings. Looks like a real spitfire and flies like a dream.”

“I was itching to give 5 stars but had to give 4 due to the landing gear issues I have.I've had her over 8 months now, took me ages to get the nerve to fly her, first taxi across the grass (short), a bit of right rudder, rolled out nice and easy then she fell over, the whole part of the landing gear snapped off out of the wing, I was still shaking so I glued it back in quick, then got her in the air (off of the concrete runway this time), I would go low rates at first as she is very agile, plus it give scale flying, I used the bigger battery, she moves, the sound is fantastic also.As with any spit (I have 4 now) you have to give right rudder when taking off to take care of the prop yaw, just as with a scale spit (watch vintage vids of them taking off, massive right rudder everytime). use up elevator when taxiing , start your role, easy in the power, right rudder, the slowly bring the elevator to neutral, she lifts right off. NO NOT ADD ANY ELEVATOR MIX WITH THE FLAPS, I nearly lost her first flight as when the flaps came down, she nosed down hard.Landing, come in with full/half flaps, 25% power, then just as you flare, reduce power and keep the nose slightly up. then throttle cut quick as she will probably give you a bow at the end.the water based decals are a bit of a pain, but I got mine all on, the vinyl stickers keep peeling back but a little glue sorts that.Once I have a few hours on her I am going to install a Mrrcsound in her to get the full effect, she turns heads when she flies scale.”

“Great looking model! The detail and quality is first rate.I would recommend this model to any avid fliers wanting a Spitfire in their hangar.The only criticism are the decals, three different types to apply. Why not all just one type?”

“In the air it has great manners smooth and predictable. On the ground a bit more of a challenge. Nothing wrong with the plane just requires more skill. Went together perfectly everything fit as it should. I did fit a bit larger wheels to help with our fields tall grass. Only minor complaint is the water slide decals, the vinyl ones are fine.”
