“It gets better as it breaks-in. Definitely requires a starter and a lot of prime to get it fired, then you need to let it warm up a long time before it will handle full throttle. Then it is fine.interesting to ru 2-cycle on gas.”

“No hype - this engine does everything that Motion RC says it will do. Replaced an OS Max .46 on a Big Stil - this engine dropped right into the same bolt hole pattern, started easily, ran smoothly, and provided the same performance as the 2-stroker. Couldn't be more satisfied.”

“It's definitely a "drop in replacement for a 40-46 sized glow engine", HOWEVER it doesn't seem to have the power required for a 40-46 Size Nitro Plane. I installed this in a Seagull Models 40 Size Super Decathlon with an 11x7" prop and it couldn't pull it off the ground. I'm going to try a 12x6 prop as that's the largest prop they recommend, however I don't have much hope it's going to pull the plane off the ground with the 12x6 prop. With that said, the engine runs great and starts easily once the carburetor gets gas (i.e. definitely have to choke it).”
