“The friction fit rudder could be a problem. I used 4 pieces of clear tape to secure in place.The nose cone is a bad design. It came off in flight. Fortunately the prop did not fly off before I landed it. I have replaced the cone with a nut. Does not look cute but works better.No manual was included in the box, but assembly is very easy so did not need a manual. CG seemed ok so I maidened it anyway. Flies nice.”

“Really pretty bird. Foam is smooth, almost like fiber glass. Maiden flight required very little trim. Breaks down easy with the plug in wings and spike joiner making it my new travel plane. Floats easy, but can be flown sport. Really like this one.”

“Love the ese of assembly with the connectors in the wings. Fun to fly, handles wind. Long flight by cutting motor off and gliding, can even catch thermals. Flaps an ailerons can be set up for crow and camber for an even wider flight envelope.”

“Great! Perfect first flight similar to the Horizon "Concendo" but about 1/2 the price.I especially liked the Plug in wings (no wires to connect - just plug in and go). Center pin is a very unique design to hold the wings in place. Lots of room in the fuse for battery. Lights are a bonus. Cg - had to add 1oz weight in nose to balance the CG. I highly recommend if you like a FUNFLYER. Also NO Shipping and Taxes costs involved.”

“This thing is awesome, a full house glider that’s nice and light, I even have a buddy who took it up to 4s and it flies! The only thing to look out for is the servos, all but one failed after a 30 min flight on a windy day. I’m not too bothered by this, as I was planning to replace all the servos anyhow, but having the provided one burn/strip out was a pain that a newcomer would get hit hard by. Just make sure to check your control surfaces every flight, just one servo down could really screw up your day!”

“The Shrike has flaps, ailerons, rudder, elevator, and a motor that provides a speedy climb to altitude. The folding prop on mine required a little sanding on the hub before it would fold easily. Otherwise there is little to fault with this glider. Using an 1800 mAh, 45C, 3S battery provides at least 30 minutes of flight time. With a little lift an hour is easy to beat.”
