“Love to fly this plane, lots of fun and easy to control. Really like the flaps too.The only complaint is that the stock velcro strap for the battery is too far back. I ended up adding another strap to make sure the battery is well secured.”

“It's a hassle to setup but once you get it in the air It can stay there for ages it floats and stays up easily at 30% throttle it gets muddy from belly landings but it's easily cleanable with a towel. I crashed the first 2 flights but It fixed easily with some superglue. This is my first and only plane so far its a bit pricy but worth my money”

“I find the reviews interesting. Things like servo horns being misaligned (they were on the one I set up too but that is so easy to fix), the elevator clevis link breaking (they are very week but a 8 pack of Free Wing ones are $3 if you don't have spares) and the prop coming off. If you hold the back of the motor while screwing on the prop and then the spinner it holds very well. And wow do the wings flex.But the flying is great, a wonderful all-around little airplane, not just a glider.”

“This Shrike is beautifully made, and really fun to fly. It’s quick, and has lots of ail, rudder, and elevator authority. It’s very light and will float for hours on a slope in 12+ mph wind.. the main issue is it’s fragile if you crash it .. it can disintegrate. It will loop easily but falls out of rolls. I set mine up as a 7Ch glider and it works well in that mode. The integrated servo wire connectors and joiner system make it a snap to set up in the field . The flaps when combined with Crow are fun to tweak on landings and are very effective. I find it’s a great plane as a trainer.. but in that mode I’ve lost a couple due to my fault and delays in take-back control.”
