Order a device from them. It never arrived. The courier company confirmed that they actually generated the label but never dispatched the item. Probably they realised later that it was not in their stock. Upon my enquiry, they refused refund or resend and asked me to wait for 2 weeks before they can do anything. Pathetic customer service and i doubt their integrity in doing business.

Product never got delivered. Royal mail confirmed that the label was generated but the parcel was not dispatched. Refund or resend request was also not accepted. Probably they don’t have this in stock. Please avoid buying
