Totally wrong order and missing products I received and even I request for customer service which said will be in contact within 24hours but haven’t get back yet . I got wrong vape and even missing liquid I ordered

Ordered an e cig 2 weeks ago with tracked delivery still haven’t got it and all of a sudden now it’s out of stock

Ordered a vape and received on new year eve, less than a day later it stopped working, contacted customer care who advised I had to send back at my own expense to get a replacement. Due to the fact the item is faulty I don’t see why I should be covering the return delivery cost, certainly after only a short period of owning the item! Very bad service and the item itself is useless as stands.

The first time i ordered I queried why in-store discounts weren't available on line. MyCigara responded with a good-will discount code but when I tried to use the code, it was not accepted. I emailed a complaint which fell on deaf ears and i didnt even get an acknowledgement!! Second time i ordered, i waited for about 5 days before enquiring where the order was. MyCigara response was that they weren't sure what happened there and i posted it out again. Understandable error you might think except the same happened on the first order and i had to chase before i got it. No confidence at all in MyCigara website ordering and customer care system hence the one star.

Slightly better as members now recieve a discount, but still more expensive than the shop and can't earn membership points. Still paying membership every month. Deliveries taking over a week too although this is probably not Cigara's fault. Was asked to email them after my last review which I did but I haven't heard anything back. Love Cigara vape juice but prices should be the same or membership fees suspended.
