Never pay for next day delivery I've paid twice and both occasions they have failed to deliver, got postage cost refunded the first time, and this time they are ignoring my email.

1 star given as my discount is not available that I pay monthly for. When ordering online, and seen as the shops are closed..

I ordered the filters well over a week ago, said they were on their way, but haven't received anything yet. Do I need to stop my membership, as I can't get into the shop, and you are obviously having trouble getting things delivered?

I have stop really using my Cigara since the prices have changed so much. Previously they had better offers on liquids, currently I don't see real value on buying from this shop
